Order
Visit our website and select the desired product by clicking on the corresponding category. Then, click on the product image or product description to view further details. On the product page, you can configure the desired color, logo placement, branding, and quantity. Add the product to the cart and follow the additional instructions for the order processing.
For online orders, we offer you the following payment options:
Invoice: You can conveniently pay by invoice.
Prepayment with 2% discount: Choose the prepayment option and receive a 2% discount on the order value.
PayPal: Use your PayPal account to process the payment securely and quickly.
Credit card: We accept payments with popular credit cards like Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Simply select this option in the cart.
During the ordering process, you have the opportunity in the shopping cart to select your preferred payment method. Simply choose the appropriate option that meets your needs.
Of course, we also offer you the option to conveniently place your order via email. All you need to do is send a message with the following details to the email address info@tln-werbemittel.de:
- Product name and item number
- Desired color, logo position, branding, and required quantity
- Details of the billing and shipping address
- Your contact information, including your name and phone number
Our team will carefully review your email and promptly get in touch with you to complete the ordering process smoothly. Additionally, you will receive further payment information from one of our staff members.
Yes, regardless of how you place your order, you will always receive an order confirmation via email from us. In this order confirmation, you will find all the important information regarding your order, including the order number, detailed product information, the price, and payment details.
Changing or canceling your order is possible as long as production has not started. Please contact our customer service as quickly as possible to process your request. However, please note that once production has begun, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation from us with a unique tracking number. Using this number, you can conveniently track the current status of your delivery online. Additionally, you also have the option to view the shipment tracking directly in your personal customer account.
You also have the option to send us your order by postal mail. Please either fill out the order form or compose a letter specifying all the relevant order details (product name, item number, color, desired logo position, branding, quantity, billing address, shipping address, and contact details). Send your letter to the following address: TLN Trade Company GmbH, Robert-Koch-Str. 35, 55129 Mainz. Once we have received your order, we will initiate the process and get in touch with you.
Branding and Print Data
You have the option to receive a preview of your item with a logo before placing your order. For this, we offer you three different options:
a) Inquiry in the webshop: Use either the “Request item” or “Add to inquiry list” button in the webshop. After this step, you will have the option to submit your logo along with your inquiry.
b) Via Email: Simply send us your inquiry with the items you’ve configured to your liking and your logo file by email to info@tln-werbemittel.de.
c) Use shop upload function: Use the “Graphic Service” button, located below the “Add to cart” button, to submit your logo to us and request a preview.
Once we have received your inquiry with your logo and the desired items, our graphics department will create a non-binding draft for you. This draft is for your review and approval before production begins. In this way, you have the opportunity to make any adjustments or confirm the design.
You have two options to send us your logo:
a) Use the upload function in the shop: You have the option to use the upload function, which is available on every product detail page, to upload your logo.
b) Alternatively, you can easily send us your logo by email. Please send it to info@tln-werbemittel.de.
Yes, before the start of each production and as part of every offer, you will receive a proof for review and approval. This allows you to ensure that everything meets your individual expectations and requirements.
Before you upload your print files, it is important that we receive vector graphics. These have the advantage of being flexible in size and scaling at any time. This ensures that your print motif is placed on the promotional item in the best possible resolution. For example, you can use file formats such as .ai (Adobe Illustrator), .svg (Scaleable Vector Graphics), .eps (Encapsulated PostScript), or .pdf (Portable Document Format) for uploading your print data.
It’s important to note that when engraving, your design is represented in a single color only. This is due to the extreme heat of the laser beam, which burns the material on the surface of the promotional item. The laser beam itself operates without colors, and the final color appearance mainly depends on the coating of the surface. This can result in, for example, plastic surfaces appearing lighter or darker due to chemical reactions during engraving. However, the use of multiple colors is fundamentally excluded in this process.
Laser engravings can be carried out on a variety of promotional items, provided they have a solid surface made of materials such as glass, plastic, wood, porcelain, or metal. Examples include ballpoint pens, thermal bottles, sunglasses, bottle openers, USB drives, pocket knives, and flashlights.
Quotations/Inquiries
You have three different ways to get a quote from us:
a) Configuration in the online shop: You can easily configure your desired product in our online shop. Click on “Print Quote” below the shopping cart button to download or print a PDF file. This PDF contains all the relevant information about your configured product.
b) Product inquiry: If you want an individual quote, simply click on “Inquire about item”. Fill out the provided form and submit your inquiry. Our sales team will get in touch with you promptly and provide you with a non-binding offer.
c) Without any obligation, you can send us an email at info@tln-werbemittel.de with the respective key data or you can call us at +49 6131 69 301-0. We are at your disposal.

To use our inquiry list effectively, you can easily add all desired items and the corresponding quantities for which you would like to receive a non-binding offer. This allows you to inquire about multiple items at once from us, greatly simplifying the inquiry process.
The process is straightforward. Simply select the items from our range that interest you and specify the desired quantities. Then click on the ‘Add to Inquiry List’ button. This automatically adds all selected items to your inquiry list. This offers you the convenient option to bundle your inquiries and send us your list of requirements all at once.

Samples
Yes, we offer you the option to easily place sample orders through our online shop. All you need to do is use the “Sample” button. You can then complete your order as usual. Please note that samples of promotional items are typically sent without customization (printing, engraving, etc.).
